                  AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING CITY OF CHATTANOOGA
                  SEWER EASEMENT LOCATED ON PROPERTY AT 1901 AND
                  1907 IGOU PLACE DRIVE, MORE PARTICULARLY
                  DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS SHOWN ON THE MAP
                  ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY
                  REFERENCE.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
       CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
       abandoned a City of Chattanooga 20-feet sewer easement located on 

       property at 1901 and 1907 Igou Place Drive as shown in the old
       recorded plat and accepting the corrected plat with the slightly
       shifted property line as well as the sewer easement lines as 
shown
       more particularly on the map attached hereto and incorporated
       herein by reference.
       	    	 SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
       shall be effective two (2) weeks from and after its passage as
       provided by law.
